CHECK IN
Created at the commencement of a new tenancy a check in is a concise and detailed report of the condition of the property and its fixtures and fittings. We document the cleanliness of the property, test smoke alarms, take meter readings (where accessible) and record keys. Photos of the property are taken and provided in a separate photo report.
CHECK OUT
Once tenants have vacated the property the end of the tenancy a report is created that compares the condition of the property, fixtures and fittings to the condition in the check in report. Any damage noted is substantiated with detailed photos which are provided in a separate report. You will also receive an observation & damage report which highlights any damage noted in the check out, saving you time and helping you navigate through the deposit return process.
